AISI College Director Takes Part in a Working Visit to Bonn, Germany

The Director of AISI College, Malkhaz Aslamazashvili, participated in a series of professional working sessions held in Bonn, Germany. As part of the visit, meetings and discussions took place at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB)—one of the world's leading institutions in the field of vocational education and training—as well as at GIZ.
*"This visit was not only an opportunity to gain valuable international experience, but also another important confirmation that the development of vocational education is built on cooperation, mutual trust, and a shared responsibility for future generations.
I had the privilege of participating in meetings and working sessions at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB), one of the world's most influential institutions in vocational education, as well as at GIZ.
What impressed me most was seeing how close cooperation between the government, educational institutions, and the business sector translates into high-quality vocational education, a competitive workforce, and a strong foundation for economic development. For us, it is essential not only to learn from this experience but also to adapt it to the Georgian context and implement initiatives that make vocational education even more modern, flexible, and responsive to labour market needs.
I sincerely thank the Ministry, the organisers of the visit, our hosts, and all our partners for their professionalism and warm hospitality,"* said Malkhaz Aslamazashvili.
The study visit brought together directors of 12 vocational colleges from Georgia and was organised by the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia. The working sessions focused on sharing international experience, strengthening institutional cooperation, and enhancing professional competencies in the field of vocational education and training.
