The House of Art opened in 2015, hosting exhibitions, competitions, and various types of events and meetings.

In 2022, within the framework of a grant competition announced by the Vocational Skills Agency, a project was funded, resulting in the creation of a youth space at the college equipped with material-technical resources and diverse opportunities. The youth space is located inside the House of Art.

The youth space is equipped with a modern library, board games, sports equipment, computer hardware, a projector, a TV, a music system (Bluetooth speaker), and all necessary items.

The youth space gives students the opportunity to use their free time effectively and productively.
