Supervisory Board
Functions of the College Supervisory Board
a) Upon the Director’s submission, approves the College’s long-term and short-term strategic and action plans;
b) Is authorized to develop and submit proposals and recommendations to the Director regarding the development of the College;
c) Is authorized to hold meetings with the College’s partner companies and employers, as well as to assist the College in identifying new partners;
d) Twice a year, within three weeks after the end of the second and fourth quarters, reviews the reports submitted by the Director and, based on the information received, develops recommendations;
e) Exercises other powers provided for by the legislation of Georgia.
Composition of the Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board consists of:
a) Two members – representatives of employers;
b) One member – a representative of a local self-government body;
c) One member – a representative of a public organization;
d) One member – a representative of vocational education teachers.
