French Students Visited AISI College to Exchange Experience

AISI College hosted five students, an International Mobility Manager, and a teacher from Lycée Paul Augier in Nice and Lycée Anne-Sophie Pic for a one-week study visit.

The purpose of the visit was to introduce the guests to AISI College's vocational education programmes and to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience. Both the host institution and the French delegation delivered presentations on their vocational programmes and teaching approaches. The visitors also learned about Georgian viticulture and the traditional method of producing wine in qvevri (earthenware vessels). The French delegation presented their vocational programmes in the field of restaurant services.

Following the presentations, the guests participated in practical masterclasses on making churchkhela, baking traditional Kakhetian shoti bread, and bottling wine by hand. As part of the visit, they also explored the historical and cultural landmarks of the Kakheti region.

The visit was organized through the cooperation between AISI College and GIP FIPAN, an organization operating under the French Ministry of Education that supports continuing vocational education and employment initiatives in Nice.

The partnership between AISI College and GIP FIPAN will continue through future collaborative activities.
