Training sessions on career planning and professional development were held at AISI College’s Kachreti campus, as well as at the Dedoplistskaro, Lagodekhi, and Kvemo Alvani branches.

During the sessions, Tamar Getiashvili, Career Guidance and Professional Development Manager at AISI College, discussed the following topics with students: career education, CV writing, preparation of motivation letters, and interview techniques with employers.

The training was attended by students from various vocational education programmes, who received guidance on how to plan their career paths based on their interests and abilities.

The aim of the training was to support students’ career development and improve their readiness for labour market demands.

Within the framework of the sessions, students acquired new knowledge and practical skills that will support their successful integration into the labour market.
